Nutrition Month 2025: Rooted in Purpose, Crowned with Passion🌾✨🌱💚
At Superintendent Arsenio M. Napud Memorial National High School, Nutrition Month 2025 wasn’t just a week-long event, it was a heartfelt journey of learning, advocacy, and celebration. This year’s theme, “Food at Nutrition Security: Maging Priority! Sapat na Pagkain, Karapatan Natin!”, echoed through every activity we held.
We began the week by grounding ourselves—literally and figuratively—through a tree planting activity, reminding us that just like trees, good health must be nurtured from the roots. It was followed by the exciting Nutri-Quiz, where sharp minds competed in a friendly test of nutrition knowledge. Creativity took center stage in our slogan and poster-making contests, where students gave voice to important health messages through art and words.
And finally, the week concluded with the most awaited moment — the Search for Mr. and Ms. Nutrition 2025. More than a pageant, it was a stage for courage, advocacy, and purpose. Our crowned winners walked with pride, not just in title, but in the message they carried for a healthier, more mindful generation.
A heartfelt congratulations to all our winners across the contests! Your hard work and passion stood out and inspired many. Your efforts gave meaning to this celebration.
