𝗝𝗨𝗦𝗧 𝗜𝗡 | Pursuant to Executive Order No. 93, s. 2025 issued by the Office of the Iloilo City Mayor, all face-to-face classes across ISAT U Campuses will be shifted to online learning modalities (asynchronous/synchronous) on Wednesday, October 1, 2025. This decision was made in response to the 6.7 magnitude earthquake that struck Bogo City, Cebu at 9:59 pm on September 30, 2025, and was also felt in Iloilo City and the entire province of Iloilo.

To ensure the safety of students and personnel, PDAS and SSEDMMO will conduct a thorough inspection and assessment of university facilities. In light of this, the following work arrangements will take effect on Wednesday, October 1, 2025:

1. Work From Home (WFH): All faculty members are authorized to work remotely.

2. Office Work Adjustment: Morning office operations are suspended; regular work will resume at 1:00 PM.

3. Essential Personnel: Maintenance, janitorial, and security staff are required to report for duty as scheduled.

4. Event Suspension: All approved events scheduled for the morning of October 1, 2025, are canceled.

Important Reminders: On-site personnel must exercise extreme caution.

An official memorandum to this effect will follow.
