As fisheries students, we aim to uplift the fishing industry by educating people what we learn from the four corners of our classrooms and what we learn from the field.

One of the major source of food comes from the sea. Most of us only see fish in the market and don't have any idea how hard it is for our fisherfolks to go out early in the morning and risk their lives just to provide the needs of their family and the community.

This video blog will show you the different kinds of fishing gear that our fisherfolks use in their daily fishing routine.

Bilang isang mag-aaral ng Batsilyer sa Agham ng Pangisdaan, hindi lamang sa loob ng silid-aralan kami natututo.
Ang mga lakbay-aral o field trips ay isa lamang sa mga hakbang upang mas lalo pang lumawak ang aming kaalaman.
Sa mga bawat bagong lugar na aming natutuklasan at mga bagong bagay na natutunan sa bawat lakbay, mas lalong namumulat ang aming mga mata sa mga problema at hirap na kinaharap ng mga mangingisdang Pilipino.
Narito ang isang vlog kung saan tumatalakay sa mga kagamitang pangingisda at paghihirap ng mga mangingisda sa Concepcion, Iloilo.
