SHAPE-SEA proudly presents the Research Grant Schemes (RGS), designed to play a critical role in advancing the vision and aims of SHAPE-SEA, particularly through its focus on knowledge production and strengthening the research capacities of scholars in the region. The grants support students, scholars, researchers, and academics in conducting empirical research on issues affecting marginalized and vulnerable communitiesโgroups that remain underrepresented in regional human rights and peace spaces, discourses, and narratives.

[INTERNATIONALIZATION OPPORTUNITY: IIT Bombay Summer School 2026]
The Indian Institute of Technology Bombay is inviting applications for its 2026 International Summer School, to be held in-person from July 6โ10, 2026 in Mumbai, India.
The program offers a diverse selection of courses taught by IIT Bombay faculty, designed for undergraduate, graduate, and PhD students. Participants will engage in academic learning while experiencing an international academic environment.

Participants may enroll in one course only to avoid scheduling conflicts. While students may indicate interest in up to three courses, those shortlisted for more than one will be required to select their priority course.

IIT Bombay will provide complimentary on-campus accommodation and cover breakfast, lunch, and dinner for 8 days (July 5โ12, 2026). Check-out is at 11:00 AM on July 12, 2026.

A certificate will be awarded upon successful completion of the program.
๐ Course Load & Attendance:
Each course requires 20 instructional hours, and participants are expected to attend all sessions. A minimum of 80% attendance is required.
