Please be informed that Iloilo, Antique, and Guimaras have been placed under red rainfall warning by PAGASA. To ensure the safety of all constituents, there will be early departure at 12:30 p.m. today, 24 July, in the Miagao and Iloilo City campuses, including all of UPV's extension facilities in Guimaras, Antique, and Leganes, Iloilo. UPV offices and units providing essential, health, and disaster response services shall continue operating under their regular work arrangements. The SSF, CDMO, HSU, and the Crisis Management Committee are directed to remain on alert and ready to respond to any emergencies. Everyone is encouraged to monitor the official Facebook account of the University for more announcements.

Online Student Evaluation of Teachers (oSET) for Midyear / Third Trimester, A.Y. 2025-2026

Students may access the evaluation through their CRS accounts, https://crs.upv.edu.ph/, and accomplish the oSET for each enrolled course and their corresponding instructor/s

Please make sure that you evaluate ALL teachers included in the list that appears in your CRS account. If you believe that there are names that should or should not be included in the list of teachers, please contact your college.

Please be reminded that non-compliance will result in the blocking of grade viewing at the end of the semester/trimester.

NOTE for Colleges and Departments/Divisions: Please finalize the faculty assignment to make sure all faculty members will be evaluated accordingly.

The Office of the University Registrar will be temporarily closed on the afternoon of 10 July 2026 for the 47th UPV Commencement Exercises.
Incoming first-year students may submit their entrance credentials to the guard on duty stationed at the New Administration Building lobby.

Manual Appeal Instructions for UP Visayas Admission Academic Year 2026–2027

For those who wish to appeal for admission to UP Visayas, please take note of the following:

Appeal Period:
June 24, 2026 (9:00 A.M.) to June 26, 2026 (8:00 A.M.)
Release of Results:
June 30, 2026.

⚠️ Make sure to fill out all required fields. Incomplete submissions will not be processed.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
✓ The UPG cut-off for appeals is 2.700 absolute.
✓ Admission is subject to the availability of slots in the
degree program and the evaluation of your UPCAT results.
✓ Applicants must not be currently enrolled in any other school
