The Motto: The Charity of Christ Urges Us calls each one who takes on the name of Marillan to let the charity of Christ animate and impel us to respond to the challenges that life (at home, in the school, in the community, in society) brings. The hexagonal shape of the seal is indicative of what a hexagon characterizes, a shape said to be the most efficient and least wasteful found in nature. SCHOOL YEAR 2026 - 2027 begins
JUNE 15, 2026
10/05/2026
Mothers are often the first teachers of faith, kindness, discipline, and perseverance. In today’s fast-changing world filled with distractions, pressure, and uncertainty, the sacrifices of mothers and guardians become even more meaningful.
Many silently carry the weight of providing for the family, guiding children morally, praying for their future, and giving comfort during difficult times — often without asking for recognition.
A mother’s love teaches lessons that classrooms alone cannot fully give:
To choose kindness over cruelty
To value honesty even when it is difficult
To remain faithful in times of struggle
To respect others and live with compassion
To persevere through hardship with courage and prayer
In an age where many young people face challenges from social media pressure, broken communication, anxiety, and loss of values, mothers continue to become the heart of the home — reminding children that true success is not only measured by achievements, but also by character, faith, humility, and love for God and others.
Behind every responsible student is a mother, parent, or guardian who sacrificed sleep, comfort, time, and personal dreams just to secure a brighter future for their children. Their unseen efforts — preparing meals, offering guidance, praying silently, working tirelessly, and giving unconditional support — are acts of love worthy of honor and gratitude.
As a Catholic educational community, we celebrate all mothers and guardians who continue to reflect Christ’s love through service, patience, sacrifice, and unwavering faith. Their daily acts of care inspire the values of charity, unity, and compassion that strengthen both family and community.
“Her children arise and call her blessed.” — Proverbs 31:28
Happy Mother's Day!
09/05/2026
Today, we celebrate the feast day of Saint Louise de Marillac — a woman of deep faith, humility, compassion, and service to the poor.
May her life remind us that true greatness is found not in wealth, power, or popularity, but in helping others with love and sincerity. In a time when many people experience hardship, division, stress, and uncertainty, especially here in the Philippines, St. Louise teaches us to become instruments of kindness, honesty, patience, and charity in our homes, schools, workplaces, and communities.
Her mission remains timely today:
to care for the neglected,
to value education and service,
to show compassion instead of judgment,
and to choose integrity even when no one is watching.
As Filipinos continue to face challenges such as poverty, misinformation, corruption, family struggles, and disasters, the example of St. Louise reminds us that small acts of goodness can create lasting change. A simple helping hand, truthful action, respectful words, or concern for others can already become a form of service to God.
“Be diligent in serving the poor. Love the poor, honor them.” — Saint Louise de Marillac
Happy Feast Day! May Saint Louise de Marillac continue to inspire us to live with faith, compassion, humility, and a heart for service.
