The Science of Cheating 05/11/2015

Why do people cheat on their significant others? Hmmm.

Hello there, Psychers! Have you been cheated upon by your partners before? Science has explanation on why people engage in cheating activities! Only 3% of mammals practice monogamous partnership, and that includes humans. However, as part of the animal kingdom, we are still prone to polygamy like the remaining 97% of mammals. This might be caused by genetic reason, specifically the alleles on one's DNA; or by the low level of a certain neurotransmitter on our brain called Vasopressin; or other environmental influences (i.e. Money). It may also be because of our past experiences of heartbreaks and alcohol.
