The 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 (𝐒𝐒𝐋𝐆) of Meycauayan National High School actively participated in the final day of the 𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗗: 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗘𝗻𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗪𝗲𝗯𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿 (𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟯 𝗼𝗳 𝟯), an insightful webinar that concluded the program with meaningful discussions, leadership development, and inspiring learning experiences for young leaders. 📚

Empowering young leaders through knowledge and creativity, the webinar became a meaningful platform for learning and inspiration. The event opened with the 𝗞𝗲𝘆𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗲 𝗠𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗲𝗻. 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝘀 𝗞𝗶𝗸𝗼 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻. To the uplifting 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲 of 𝗠𝘀. 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗸𝗼 𝗕𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘀 and the warm 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀. 𝗝𝗼𝗵𝗻 𝗟𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗱 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝗱𝗲𝘇 | 𝗦𝗟𝗚𝗚 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆.

𝗦𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝟭: 𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 by 𝗠𝗿. 𝗔𝗱𝗱𝗶𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗳𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘇, Liberal Youth Chairperson, emphasized the importance of transparency and accessibility in leadership through digital platforms such as online forums, discussions, campaigns, and activities. He highlighted that proper organization is one of the key foundations in strengthening leadership and creating meaningful impact.

𝗦𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝟮: 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗟𝗮𝘆𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 by 𝗘𝗟 𝗗𝗮𝗻𝗲 𝗩𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘀𝗰𝗼, Freelance Layout Artist, focused on the fundamentals of layout and design in leadership. The session highlighted the importance of effective visual communication and how design plays a vital role in representing organizations and delivering messages creatively and clearly.

𝗦𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝟮: 𝗪𝗲𝗯𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲𝘀 by 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀. 𝗘𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗻 𝗥𝗮𝘆𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻, NNCHS president and SLGG member. In this session participants learned how to create a website and the basic tools to make the website more effective. Learning about website making is a big help especially for a organization events.

The last day of LEAD 2026 reminded us how much impact we can make through digital technology, it may be a post, community, advocacy, awareness—every guided step is a change for a better tomorrow.

𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟭:
NFSSLG Board Member 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀. 𝗕𝗿𝘆𝗹𝗲 𝗔𝗻𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗻𝘆 𝗧. 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗼 discussed Parliamentary Procedures in the Context of Student Governments and explained why these procedures are important in student leadership. The session focused on how parliamentary procedures help keep meetings organized, allow everyone to share their ideas fairly, and guide student leaders in making proper decisions.

𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟮 :
Perliamentary Minutes Writing: Preparation And Documentation by 𝗔𝗿𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗮 𝗝𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗕. 𝗢𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗮, who serves as the Board Secretary II For the Sangguniang Panlungsod ng Butuan, discussed the technical and administrative aspects of parliamentary minutes writing in ensuring organizational transparency and legal protection. The session emphasized that official minutes serve an important role of consequential events rather than a word-for-word transcript. It highlights the three basic elements of 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐬, 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭, 𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞, and the body of both 𝐚𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 and 𝐬𝐮𝐛𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞.

𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟯 :
What are resolutions and how do we make them? by: Pres. 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀. 𝗥𝗕 𝗗. 𝗕𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮 former NFSSLG Treasurer mainly focused on the understanding and resolving of the therefore clause that are establishing a direct mechanism to a problem to be solved.

𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟰 :
Making financial and Liquidation reports by: Pres. 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀. 𝗥𝗕 𝗗. 𝗕𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮 USEP- AEconS President focuses between on the Lack of money or Lack of accountability on an organization, and he highlights the basic way of Book keeping.

Day 2 reminded us that good governance thrives on transparency. True administrative excellence isn't just about keeping files—it's about building an honest, accountable, and lasting legacy for the student body. ⚖️📝

𝗝𝗼𝗵𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗧𝗿𝗼𝘆 𝗩𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗶, former DFSSLG Vice President of DavNor, discussed the importance of 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 in planning, organizing, and leading projects effectively. The session highlighted the stages of project management while emphasizing that successful projects should be 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲, 𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹, 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗳𝘂𝗹.

𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟯:

𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟰:
“𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗹𝘂𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻” by 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀. 𝗟𝗮𝗿𝗿𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗲𝘀, former NFSSLG Board Member, highlighted the importance of 𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, where words match actions and facts come first. The session emphasized that good leadership requires 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘁𝗵, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 to create progress for all.

More than just a webinar, 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟭 became a reminder that student leaders are not only representatives, but also 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 through𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗴𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲. 📚💛

His discussion encouraged participants to take advantage of such platforms to continuously develop their skills and become more informed, proactive leaders in their communities.
