Ayan na nga, reality check na talaga. Tapos na ang 𝘋𝘢𝘺 𝘖𝘯𝘦 at opisyal na nating binuksan ang panibagong chapter ng ating student life! Pero aminin natin, bakit parang pang-isang buong school year na agad 'yung bitbit nating pagod pag-uwi kanina? 😭 Friday na ba bukas?

Kung titingnan mo ang ating survival assessment checklist ngayong araw, iba-iba talaga ang naging eksena ng bawat isa. May pumasok lang para i-secure ang baon, may nagulat na may pasok na pala, at may sapat na ang makita si crushie para masabing "saks lang" ang unang araw. Kahit ano pa ang naging simula ng iyong kwento ngayong araw, ang mahalaga ay nandito ka na—humaharap sa hamon nang may 𝘥𝘦𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘴𝘺𝘰𝘯.

Huwag kang mag-alala kung medyo mabigat pa ang adjustment sa unang linggo. Normal lang mangapa, pero tandaan na hindi mo kailangang mag-isa. Kasama mo ang buong barkada! 🌟 𝗠𝗜𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗔𝗖𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗣𝗟𝗜𝗦𝗛𝗘𝗗: 𝟱 𝗗𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗨𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗕𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗵𝗮𝗻! 🧭🛠️

The 5-day marathon for 𝗕𝗥𝗜𝗚𝗔𝗗𝗔 𝗘𝗦𝗞𝗪𝗘𝗟𝗔 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 at Meycauayan National High School - Barkada Kontra Bisyo from June 1 to 5 has officially come to a successful close!

As Helen Keller once beautifully said, “𝗔𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘄𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗱𝗼 𝘀𝗼 𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲; 𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗱𝗼 𝘀𝗼 𝗺𝘂𝗰𝗵.”— This week proved that when we move with a shared purpose, no challenge is too big to overcome.

• 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟭: The official kickoff of our deployment! Volunteers enthusiastically took their first steps toward organizing and preparing the classrooms. Although the weather tested our resolve with a rain, the kick-off was successful !
• 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟮: Commumity just got more motivated ! 😉 it became a moment of true 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 and 𝗽𝗮𝗴𝘁𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗹𝘂𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗻 as everyone worked hand-in-hand to keep those classroom equipment safe and clean ✨️🤩
• 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟯 & 𝟰: Moving forward under clearer skies! Everyone focused their energy on manual tasks—cleaning, arranging desks and tables, and maintaining order across every corner of the our school campus 🤯🌠
• 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟱: The grand finale! A beautiful culmination of collective effort where all hands joined to ensure the entire institution is polished, safe, and fully prepared ☀️🤗

Taking the floor, Representing the Philippine Commission on Women (PCW), ℳ𝓈. 𝒥ℯ𝓈𝒸ℯ𝓁 𝒯. 𝒜𝓆𝓊𝒾𝓃ℴ discussed "𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗿𝘀: 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗙𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀,"
She highlighted the Philippines' ranking as the 20th most gender-equal country globally and discussed the challenges women continue to face in political participation, education, and health. She also explained the socioeconomic factors behind these issues and encouraged the youth to become peer influencers and advocates for gender equality.
She encouraged participants to challenge Stereotypes 🚫, Respect Diversity🙌🏻, And advocate for Equal Opportunies FOR ALL !! 🌎

The event commenced with powerful words of encouragement from esteemed guest speakers:

Keynote Address: 𝗥𝗲𝗽. 𝗝𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗲𝗹 𝗧𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗼 "𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗹" 𝗗𝗶𝗼𝗸𝗻𝗼 highlighted the critical role of youth in nation-building and student advocacy.

The webinar featured a powerful Keynote Message from Senator Risa Hontiveros, a heartfelt Message of Support from NFSSLG President Alyana Hontanar, and warm Welcome Remarks from SLGG President Gab Alvarez.
