🧪🌈 Science + Nutrition = Healthy Fun! 🍹

Our Grades 4–6 Sophians discovered the magic of healthy juices through an exciting lecture and live demonstration by our school nutritionist. They were amazed as Camote Tops Juice turned ink-like with acid, Blue Pea Lemonade changed from blue to violet, and Honey Pineapple Juice glowed golden yellow-showing that healthy eating can be both fun and scientific!

A colorful and memorable Nutrition Month activity that inspired curiosity and healthier choices. 💚

🌈🍓 Learning to Eat A Rainbow! 🍇🥝

Our Grades 1–3 Sophians enjoyed an inspiring "Eating A Rainbow" lecture by our school nutritionist before creating their own colorful Fruit Kebabs! 🍎🍌

A fun and meaningful Nutrition Month activity that encourages healthy eating habits through hands-on learning.
