| CELEBRATING NATIONAL CHILDREN’S MONTH 2025 👧🏻👦🏻
Upholding Every Child’s Rights. Empowering Every Child’s Future.
Yesterday, November 28, 2025, we gathered as one school community to honor the true heartbeat of our schools and society—our children. With this year’s theme, "OSAEC-CSAEM Wakasan: Kaligtasan at Karapatan ng Bata, Ipaglaban!," we were reminded that every child deserves protection, empowerment, and a safe space to grow.
We began with our Opening Preliminaries, followed by the warm and inspiring Opening Remarks of Ma’am Erminda A. Embing, SSLG Adviser, who reminded us of the shared responsibility we carry in nurturing the next generation.
Our hearts were deeply moved during the meaningful talk of our Resource Speaker, Ma’am Carmela G. Policarpio, as she emphasized the rights, welfare, and dignity of every Filipino child. Her words reminded us that safeguarding children is not merely a duty—it is an act of compassion and nation-building.
We then heard the General Project, Programs, and Activities Report of this year’s administration, led by SSLG Vice President, Jamyl Ryza D.S. Hernandez, showcasing how student-led initiatives continue to shape a more supportive and inclusive school environment.
A highlight of the celebration was the State of the Learner Government Address delivered by our SSLG President, John Erico D.V. Serrano, who spoke with sincerity and conviction about the values, challenges, and responsibilities of true leadership.
This was followed by the Activity and Learning Takeaways shared by SSLG Treasurer, James Gabriel P. Tan, who reflected on the lessons gained throughout the seminar—reminding us that awareness is the first step toward advocacy.
Finally, our celebration concluded on a heartfelt note through the Closing Remarks of Ma’am Erminda A. Embing, sealing the day with gratitude, hope, and encouragement for every child present.
As we end this year’s National Children’s Month, may we carry forward a renewed promise:
to protect, uplift, and empower every child—because in every young mind lies the future of our nation.
Let us continue building spaces where children feel safe, heard, valued, and loved.
Together, let’s create a world where every child’s smile is protected, and every dream is possible. 💛✨
