SY 2026–2027 | Three-Term School Calendar

Stay guided on how student learning is assessed throughout the school year:

🔍 Formative Assessment
Conducted during daily lessons to monitor understanding, inform instruction, and provide timely support to learners.

✍️ 1. Written / Oral Works (WWs)
Tasks that require students to express their knowledge through writing or speaking, such as:
• Essays
• Journals
• Reports
• Presentations
📌 *Expected: 3–5 per term*

🛠️ 2. Product / Performance Tasks (PTs)
Activities that demonstrate skills and application of learning, including:
• Projects
• Portfolios
• Investigations
📌 *Expected: 2–3 per term

📝 **3. Summative Tests & Term Examination (STs & TE)
Formal assessments administered at key points to evaluate learning outcomes after a set period.
