POWERED BY PURPOSE, DRIVEN BY FAITH! 💚

Yesterday, the MET School community officially gathered for the Delegation Send-Off for our MET players competing in the MEYCIPRISA Athletic Meet for S.Y. 2026-2027. We began the program with a beautiful time of worship and thanksgiving, lifting up praises to the Lord for granting our athletes the talent, health, and opportunity to compete.

A faith-anchored prayer followed, asking for divine protection, strength, and sportsmanship for all our MET players. To wrap up the send-off, our coaches and administrators shared a few important reminders on discipline, humility, enjoying the game, making new friends, and giving our absolute best in every match.

Go, MET TEAM!! Go out there, play with passion, and bring honor to the Lord! 🏆

Isang Maligayang Ika-448 na Anibersaryo ng Pagkakatatag ng Bulacan, mga Metamorphian! 🇵🇭✨

Ngayong ika-15 ng Agosto, 2026, kaisa ang Metamorphosis School sa buong lalawigan sa paggunita sa ating makulay na kultura at mayamang pamana.

Bilang isang komunidad ng MET School, hamon sa bawat isa sa atin na patuloy na itaguyod ang mabuting nasimulan at huwag hayaang mawalan ng saysay ang mga sakripisyo ng ating mga naunang bayani. Huwag nating hayaang mawala ang ningning ng ating kulturang Bulakenyo sa gitna ng makabagong panahon. Gamitin natin ang ating talino at kakayahan upang maging instrumento ng positibong transpormasyon sa ating lipunan.

Here are a few snaps from our Nutrition Month celebration last July. Our awesome Metamorphians from Preschool to Grade 6 didn't just understand the assignment, they actually wore it! Check out those incredible Nutrihats! ✨

We also proved that nothing brings a school community together quite like a healthy salo-salo. Because let’s be honest, good food tastes even better when it is shared. Good food, great company, and absolutely zero leftovers!

To all Metamorphians, your safety is our absolute priority as inclement weather from the southwest monsoon ( ) affects our area. In compliance with the directive from the City Government of Meycauayan, face-to-face classes are suspended tomorrow, August 14, 2026.

While we want you to stay safely sheltered at home, we are equally committed to keeping your education moving forward. To balance your protection with the importance of continuous learning, our school is transitioning tomorrow's sessions to ONLINE CLASSES via Zoom.

We pray for everyone's safety and protection during this unpredictable and changing weather condition. May God keep you, your families, and your homes secure, and we pray for better weather ahead.

Please stay indoors, keep warm, and prioritize your well-being. Your teachers will share the necessary Zoom links and schedules through your official class group chats.

However, we understand that power outages or connectivity issues may occur. If you find it difficult to attend your online classes due to your situation, please just inform us so we can assist you.

⚠️ FLOOD SAFETY: DOs & DON’Ts
Localized flooding is affecting several neighborhoods across our school community. Please review these vital Dos and Don’ts to keep your family safe and dry today. Let’s look out for one another, MET Family!

🟢THE DOs: ACTIONS TO TAKE RIGHT NOW
•DO elevate electronics.
Move appliances, power strips, and gadgets to higher floors or top shelves.

•DO charge all devices.
Keep phones, power banks, and rechargeable lights at 100% while power is available.

•DO pack emergency bags.
Prepare "Go Bags" with water, ready-to-eat food, easy-open canned goods, flashlights, extra clothes, and copies of important documents.

•DO monitor official channels.
Check the school page and local government updates for suspension announcements.

•DO wash thoroughly.
If you must step in floodwater, scrub your feet with antibacterial soap immediately to prevent infections like Leptospirosis.

🔴 THE DON'Ts: HAZARDS TO AVOID
•DON'T wade in floods.
Avoid walking, swimming, or driving through flooded streets. Just six inches of moving water can knock you off your feet.

•DON'T touch electrical outlets.
Never plug or unplug appliances while standing on a wet floor or if your hands are damp.

•DON'T ignore evacuation orders.
If local barangay officials advise moving to safer ground, pack up and leave immediately.

•DON'T consume contaminated food or water.
Throw away any food or open packages that have come into direct contact with floodwater.

•DON'T spread unverified news.
Only share official school advisories or verified updates from PAGASA and your local city hall to avoid panic.

MET ADVISORY: SHIFT TO ASYNCHRONOUS CLASSES (AUGUST 11, 2026)

Please be informed that face-to-face classes in all levels at Metamorphosis School are suspended tomorrow, Tuesday, August 11, 2026. This is due to continuous heavy rainfall brought by the Southwest Monsoon ( ), following the official advisory from the City Government of Meycauayan.

To ensure learning continuity, our school will shift to Asynchronous Classes. Teachers will send all tasks and learning activities through your respective Messenger class group chats. Metamorphians are advised to closely monitor their group chats and complete their tasks safely at home.

Your safety is our absolute priority. If you encounter power outages, poor signal, or any emergency that prevents you from accessing or completing your tasks, please do not worry. Prioritize your safety first, and you may submit your learning tasks once your situation normalizes.

In light of the current weather conditions and localized flooding, the MET School community stands anchored in faith and unity. This verse reassures us that no matter how deep the waters may seem, God walks beside us to keep us secure.
