In line with DepEd Order No. 13, s. 2026 (Institutional Guidelines on the Implementation of the School-Based Feeding Program for SY 2026–2027), Meycauayan National High School successfully conducted its orientation via Google Meet.

The session was facilitated by our hardworking and dedicated SDO Medical Officer, Ma. Biselle D. Tagapan, MD, DFM, with the strong support of School Principal Mr. Genaro V. Relente.

This initiative was made possible through the commitment of:

STRONGER TOGETHER FOR A GREENER SCHOOL!

The Gulayan sa Paaralan initiative gains further momentum as the School General Parent-Teacher Association (SGPTA) officers join hands with school leaders for an ocular inspection of the proposed garden site.

Leading the site assessment were Sir Genaro Relente (Principal IV), Sir Fernando Simbillo (Hrmead Teacher VI AP/SGPTA Adviser), Sir Louie Del Rosario (Master Teacher TLE/ SPTVE Coordinator), and Ms. Mary Twinkle Seminiano (SGPTA President), alongside dedicated SGPTA officers and parent leaders. Together, they surveyed the area to map out development plans and ensure a successful setup.

This joint effort highlights the strong partnership between our school and the parent community in promoting health, food sustainability, and environmental stewardship for our learners.

A collaborative meeting was held with the SDO personnel from the School Health and Nutrition Unit (SHNU), headed by Dr. Ma. Biselle D. Tagapan and Nurse Joanne Alexis M. Ermino, in preparation for the ex*****on of DepEd Order No. 013, s. 2026, Institutional Guidelines on the Implementation of the School-Based Feeding Program (SBFP).
The meeting focused on aligning plans, clarifying roles and responsibilities, and ensuring the effective implementation of the School-Based Feeding Program in accordance with the prescribed guidelines.
