Online classes may be hard for each one of us as this health crisis really gave us a barrier for academic success.

Sometimes, we feel anxious because of what is happening around us. But if we look on the brighter side of it, this helps us in some ways.

Attending online classes helps you psychologically as you have the opportunity to talk to your classmates. Synchronous learning is interactive in nature. 😊

To be intrinsically motivated in attending your online classes, you can do the following:

□ Get into your own study routine.

□ Divide your tasks into manageable ones.

□ Take a break.

□ It's okay to ask for help.

□ Eat and sleep properly.

□ Keep your end goal in mind.

□ Don’t let your studying take over your life.

Always remember, YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT. Remove all the negative thoughts that will pop up in your mind. Just enjoy the moment. 💖
