ALTERNATIVE WORK ARRANGEMENT FOR GOVERNMENT OFFICES & ALTERNATIVE LEARNING MODES FOR SCHOOLS ON AUGUST 20, 2026
Alinsunod sa Memorandum Circular No. 131 ng Malacaรฑang, muling ipatutupad sa mga pampubliko at pribadong paaralan sa lahat ng antas ang alternative learning modes at sa pampublikong tanggapan ang alternative work arrangement sa ilang probinsiya kabilang ang Bulacan bukas, August 20, 2026 dahil sa patuloy nap ag-ulan dala ng habagat.
Kaugnay ng direktibang ito, muling magpapatupad ang Pamahalaang Lungsod ng Meycauayan ng skeletal workforce para sa tuloy-tuloy na serbisyo publiko at operasyon, lalo na sa mga tanggapang nagbibigay ng external at frontline services.

ALTERNATIVE WORK ARRANGEMENTS FOR GOVERNMENT OFFICES, ALTERNATIVE LEARNING MODES FOR SCHOOLS ON AUGUST 20
Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 131, government offices are directed to implement appropriate alternative work arrangements in the National Capital Region and the following provinces on August 20, 2026:

๐ Abra
๐ Benguet
๐ Ilocos Norte
๐ Ilocos Sur
๐ La Union
๐ Pangasinan
๐ Bataan
๐ Bulacan
๐ Nueva Ecija
๐ Pampanga
๐ Tarlac
๐ Zambales
๐ Batangas
๐ Cavite
๐ Laguna
๐ Rizal
๐ Occidental Mindoro
Unless otherwise directed by their respective Local Chief Executives, alternative learning modes for classes and learning continuity measures at all levels in public and private schools shall be implemented in the aforementioned areas.
Agencies involved in the delivery of basic and health services, disaster preparedness and response, and other vital services shall continue their operations and render the necessary services.
Contract of Service (COS) and Job Order (JO) workers placed under alternative work arrangements shall be paid their corresponding wages or salaries, subject to applicable rules and regulations.
The suspension of work or adoption of alternative work arrangements in the private sector shall be left to the discretion of management.
