Former HuMoEdS Director April Noreel G. Gaborni represented the BPEd program during the 7th Student Research Colloquium organized by the Pampanga State University – Mexico Campus Research Management Unit, through the initiative of PMC-RMU Research Coordinator Mr. Lance Castro, last May 21 via Zoom platform.

As the sole presenter for the BPEd program, Gaborni presented their study entitled, “𝙃𝙮𝙙𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙋𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝘽𝙖𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙡𝙤𝙧 𝙤𝙛 𝙋𝙝𝙮𝙨𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙡 𝙀𝙙𝙪𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙎𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 𝘿𝙪𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙎𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙃𝙚𝙖𝙩: 𝘼 𝘽𝙖𝙨𝙞𝙨 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙢 𝙄𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙋𝙡𝙖𝙣". The study earned the 𝐁𝐄𝐒𝐓 𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐒𝐈𝐒 recognition in the BPEd program, granting it the opportunity to be featured in the multidisciplinary colloquium themed, “Advancing Multidisciplinary Research for a Future-Ready Society.”

During the breakout session, guest panelist Dr. Cailvin Reyes commended the study, noting that while the research may appear simple at first, its deeper implications extend beyond the BPEd program and remain highly relevant to the broader student community.

The colloquium gathered student researchers from various academic clusters, highlighting innovative and research-driven studies that contribute to academic excellence, responsive communities, and future-ready learning.

Congratulations to April Noreel G. Gaborni and her co-researchers for this remarkable academic achievement and for bringing pride and recognition to the BPEd program.

Sa wakas! All the sleepless nights, puyatan marathons, data encoding, and moments of self-doubt have finally paid off. BPED 3A has officially passed our research defense! 🎉

While the finish line still requires a few final touches (hello, upcoming revisions!), this milestone is a beautiful reminder of our collective strength, teamwork, and tatag ng loob. Every word on those pages holds a piece of our hard work and sacrifice.

We want to express our deepest gratitude to our panel members for their invaluable guidance, constructive feedback, and for pushing us to elevate our work. Sa mga advisers namin and to everyone who kept us in their thoughts and prayers, maraming salamat po for standing by us.

Finally, to BPED 3A: Kinaya at tinapos natin! We managed the pressure, locked in during the final hours, and showed exactly what teamwork looks like. We transformed the anxiety of the process into a brilliant victory. Congratulations, everyone—laban lang hanggang sa dulo, we made it happen! 🌟👏

To all BPE 3 students, may all the sleepless nights, endless revisions, rushed deadlines, group meetings, stress, prayers, and sacrifices finally lead us to the moment we’ve been waiting for. On the recently concluded 𝗕𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 last April 16, the Board approved the implementation of the 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘁 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺, which aims to provide financial assistance to students currently experiencing difficulties in accessing education as the University transitions to alternative learning modalities in response to the ongoing energy and fuel crisis in the country.

In line with this, the 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁 invites all eligible students to participate in the Online Orientation for GCash Registration, in partnership with G-Xchange, Inc, happening on 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹 𝟮𝟱, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲. The orientation will serve as a briefer for students who have not yet created their registered GCash accounts and will provide guidance on how to receive the said assistance through GCash.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀:

Batch 1: 1:30 PM – 1:45 PM
Batch 2: 2:00 PM – 2:15 PM

The assigned schedule or batch of each student shall depend on their respective college, campus, and department. Students may join through the Google Meet link to be distributed by their Class Mayors and Local Student Council Governors. In case the virtual room reaches full capacity, students may instead attend through the Facebook Live stream on this page.

The list of eligible students who may avail of the assistance shall be posted in the comment section of this post, where students may verify their names, program, and campus.

For students who already have registered GCash accounts, they may simply scan the QR Code on the poster and accomplish the Google Form so their account details may be included in the directory to be forwarded to the University Cashier for the disbursement of assistance.

In times of crisis and hardship, our commitment to the greater good remains steadfast. We continue to seek responsive solutions that lessen the burden of present challenges upon our community, especially in safeguarding access to education, which remains among our highest priorities.

Empowering women starts with small acts of care and support. This March 18, 2026, free sanitary pads will be available for every Juana in all female comfort rooms at PSU–Mexico Campus. May this simple initiative remind every woman that she is seen, valued, and supported—because no one should have to worry about something so essential. Together, let’s promote dignity, health, and confidence for every Juana. ✨

JUAN FOR ALL, BALL FOR JUAN

The Human Movement Educators Society, in collaboration with the Physical Educator First Aid Responders, successfully organized the “Juan for All, Ball for Juan” basketball event held on March 10, 2026, at Pampanga State University – Mexico Campus. The activity brought together members of the NASA Team and the Teaching Staff in a friendly yet competitive match that highlighted teamwork, determination, and sportsmanship.

The game was filled with energy and excitement as both teams demonstrated their skills and dedication on the court. Spectators were kept on the edge of their seats as the match remained close until the final buzzer. In the end, the NASA Team secured the victory against the Teaching Staff with a thrilling final score of 53–52, making the event both memorable and inspiring for everyone present.

More than just a basketball game, the event aimed to promote unity, active participation, and camaraderie within the campus community.

The organizers extend their heartfelt appreciation to all participants, supporters, and facilitators who contributed to the success of the activity.
