Please be advised of the following class arrangements for Pampanga State University campuses on August 24, 2026 (Monday):

𝗢𝗡-𝗦𝗜𝗧𝗘 𝗖𝗟𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗘𝗦 (𝗔𝗹𝗹 𝗟𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝘀)
* Bacolor (Main), Lubao, Mexico, Porac, City of San Fernando, and Floridablanca (extension classes)

Students who are unable to attend due to flooding or because they are from affected areas shall be excused from on-site classes, subject to the instructor’s appropriate consideration of their individual circumstances.

| Please be advised that classes across all campuses of Pampanga State University will be conducted through online synchronous classes for college students on August 22 and 23, 2026, while enrollment for the Graduate School shall proceed as scheduled. For the School of Law, the mode of classes shall be determined at the discretion of the Dean.

Sa Memorandum Circular No. 131 na nilagdaan ni Executive Secretary Ralph G. Recto, ipinag-utos ng Malacañang ang pagpapatupad ng naaangkop na alternative work arrangements sa mga tanggapan ng pamahalaan at alternative learning modes at learning continuity measures sa mga pampubliko at pribadong paaralan bukas, Agosto 20, bilang paghahanda sa inaasahang patuloy na malakas na pag-ulan dulot ng habagat.

Ang hakbang ay alinsunod sa rekomendasyon ng National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) at dahil sa banta ng localized flooding at mga panganib sa paglalakbay dulot ng patuloy na pag-ulan.

Ipatutupad ang alternative work arrangements at alternative learning modes sa mga sumusunod na lugar:

* Abra
* Benguet
* Ilocos Norte
* Ilocos Sur
* La Union
* Pangasinan
* Bataan
* Bulacan
* Nueva Ecija
* Pampanga
* Tarlac
* Zambales
* Batangas
* Cavite
* Laguna
* Rizal
* Occidental Mindoro

Hindi sakop ng alternative work arrangements ang mga ahensyang may kinalaman sa pagbibigay ng basic at health services, paghahanda at pagtugon sa mga sakuna at kalamidad

Ang mga Contract of Service (COS) at Job Order (JO) workers na ilalagay sa alternative work arrangements ay patuloy na tatanggap ng kaukulang sahod o bayad, alinsunod sa umiiral na mga patakaran at regulasyon.

Ipinauubaya ng Malacanang sa mga Local Chief Executives ang kapangyarihang mag-pasiya kung kinakailangang suspendihin ang pasok sa mga lugar na kanilang nasasakupan na hindi napabilang sa memorandum circular.

Nasa diskresyon naman ng pamunuan ng pribadong sektor ang pagdeklara ng suspensyon sa trabaho.

| As weather conditions remain unfavorable, face-to-face classes remain suspended. Please be advised that classes and academic activities across all Pampanga State University campuses will be conducted through online synchronous learning on August 19 and 20, 2026.

However, students who are unable to attend their online classes due to the prevailing weather conditions are advised to notify their respective instructors. Their absence may be excused, subject to the instructor’s appropriate consideration of their individual circumstances.

Sa Memorandum Circular No. 128 na nilagdaan ni Executive Secretary Ralph Recto, ipinag-utos ng Malacanang ang pagsasagawa ng Work-from-Home (WFH) sa mga tanggapan ng gobyerno at alternative learning modes sa lahat ng pampubliko at pribadong eskwelahan bukas, Agosto 18, bilang paghahanda sa inaasahang patuloy na pagbuhos ng malakas na ulan dulot ng habagat.

Alinsunod sa rekomendasyon ng National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC), ipatutupad ang WFH at suspension ng face-to-face classes sa mga sumusunod na lugar:

Hindi sakop ng WFH ang mga ahensya ng pamahalaang may kinalaman sa pag-deliver ng basic at health services, preparasyon at pagtugon sa sakuna at kalamidad.

Ipinauubaya naman ng Malacanang sa mga Local Chief Executives ang kapangyarihang mag-pasiya kung kinakailangang suspendihin ang pasok sa mga lugar na kanilang nasasakupan na hindi napabilang sa memorandum circular.

Nasa diskresyon naman ng pamunuan ng pribadong sektor ang pagdeklara ng suspensyon sa trabaho.

| Following the suspension of face-to-face classes in various municipalities across Pampanga, please be advised that classes and academic activities across all Pampanga State University campuses will shift to online synchronous learning on August 17, 2026 (Monday).

| Please be advised that the 2026 Commencement Exercises scheduled for August 12 to 14, 2026, will proceed as planned at the Dr. Ernesto T. Nicdao Sports Center, Pampanga State University – Bacolor Campus.

The University provides the following safety, security, and traffic advisories for the duration of the event:
• For attendees arriving in private vehicles: The designated drop-off zone is at Gate 6 (the gate near the University gymnasium). Entry will be through San Vicente Court, while exit will be through Sta. Ines.
• For commuters: Attendees are advised to enter through Gate 1 (Main Gate).

A separate advisory will be issued regarding the rescheduling of the August 10 and 11 commencement schedules.
