This August, the CNU-Medellin Tourism Society joins the nation in celebrating National History Month, a time to honor the stories, people, and milestones that shaped the Philippines.

As future tourism professionals, we recognize that history is more than the past, it is the foundation of our identity, culture, and heritage. By preserving and promoting our historical treasures, we help ensure that future generations continue to learn from and appreciate our nation’s rich legacy.

Let this month inspire us to rediscover our roots, celebrate our cultural heritage, and become responsible advocates of history and sustainable tourism.

🇵🇭 Birth and Death Anniversaries – Remembering influential Filipinos, including President Manuel L. Quezon and Benigno “Ninoy” Aquino Jr.
