“Filipino Graduates: Prepared to Lead with Competence and Character (Pilipinong Nagsipagtapos: Handang Mamuno nang May Kakayahan at Mabuting Pagkatao)"

Last March 31, 2026, we celebrated a truly memorable and successful Moving-Up, Recognition, and Graduation Ceremony—an event filled with pride, joy, and gratitude. This milestone not only marks the achievements of our learners but also highlights their readiness to face the future with competence and good character.

Our heartfelt thanks go to all who made this event possible: our dedicated teachers, headed by Mrs. Ethel S. Dela Cruz; our supportive District In-Charge, Ms. Arlene S. De Paz; Hon. Mark Cloyd Tan-Piengco, SB Member and Committee on Education; our ever-active parents and SPTA Officers, led by Ms. Lilibeth Sanchez; and our Barangay Officials, led by Hon. Marilyn C. De Paz.

We also extend our sincere appreciation to our Guest Speaker, Ms. Kristine Apple C. De Paz, for her inspiring message that truly motivated our graduates to pursue their dreams and lead with purpose.

School head, BAC Members, and AO II, property custodian, and inspectorate team, actively participated in the Orientation on Procurement, Asset, and Financial Management aimed at strengthening transparency, accountability, and compliance in school-based procurement and financial management.

This activity reinforces our commitment to responsible use of public funds and improved procurement governance in support of quality education.

We are truly grateful to be part of the District BSP Survival & Advancement GSP Camp and Scout Olympics held at Talisay Elementary School. It was a meaningful and joyful experience for our Star Scouts, KAB Scouts, Girl Scouts, and Boy Scouts—filled with learning, teamwork, discipline, and fun.

“Scouting builds character, confidence, and a heart ready to serve.”

“Children learn best when they explore, experience, and enjoy.”

Our children did not only enjoy the activities but also gained valuable life skills that will guide them as young leaders, living out the BSP theme: “Service, Innovation, and Scouting for All” and the GSP theme: “Once a Girl Scout, Always a Girl Scout.”

We extend our heartfelt thanks to the Barangay Council headed by Hon. Marilyn C. Depaz for the transportation support, and to Hon. Federico Reduban for transport to and from of our children for two days—your service ensured their safety and comfort throughout the camp. 🙏

To all the supportive parents, thank you for your trust, encouragement, and constant support to your children. Together, we are shaping responsible, resilient, and service-oriented young scouts.
