Must report to Passi City College ROTC Unit and must bring the following:

• PSA Birth Certificate

• The medical certificate shows that you are qualified for training.

• Grade 12 report card

This unit developed and implemented a QR code system to streamline registration and record‑updating for Philippine Army reservists across CALABARZON.

This registration initiative aims to administer reservists more effectively by simplifying the process through Google Forms and ensuring accurate record updates. It reduces the need for repeated visits to Community Defense Centers (CDCs) and Regional Community Defense Groups (RCDGs).

By utilizing QR code technology, reservists can conveniently access registration and update forms. This innovation makes the process more organized, cost‑effective, and user‑friendly, strengthening administrative efficiency across CALABARZON.

The Pambayang Kolehiyo ng Mauban ROTC Unit proudly congratulates our four (4) Cadet Officers for successfully completing the Advance ROTC Academic Phase Training (ARAPT 41-42) under CL 03-2026, Batch "SIKLAB", held at the Headquarters, 4th Regional Community Defense Group, Reserve Command (4RCDG RESCOM), Philippine Army, Camp General Macario Sakay, Los Baños, Laguna.

The successful completion of the rigorous 14-days Advance ROTC Academic Phase Training (ARAPT) 41-42 reflects unwavering dedication, discipline, perseverance, and commitment to excellence. Throughout the course, various challenges were faced and overcome, testing physical, mental, and leadership capabilities. Through these experiences, the qualities of future leaders who are ready to serve, inspire, and lead by example have been clearly demonstrated.

This achievement is not only a personal milestone but also a source of pride for the entire PKM ROTC Unit. May the knowledge, skills, and values you gained from training guide you as you continue your journey as responsible and competent Cadet Officers.
