An inspiring and productive training session was successfully conducted with NCAA NU Taekwondo Coach Shinta Nakashima at the New Lucban Gym.

The participants had the opportunity to enhance their techniques, strengthen their discipline, and gain valuable insights from one of the sport's respected coaches.
