📢 2026 NATIONAL OPLAN BALIK ESKWELA (OBE) 🏫

​The Department of Education has officially released DepEd Memorandum No. 030, s. 2026, laying down the guidelines and schedule for this year's Oplan Balik Eskwela.

​Here are the key details and dates every teacher, parent, and stakeholder needs to know:

​🗓️ Key Dates to Remember
​June 1 to 11, 2026 – Conduct of the 2026 National Oplan Balik Eskwela (OBE) to ensure school readiness and smooth enrollment operations.

​June 8, 2026 (Monday) – Official Opening of Classes for School Year (SY) 2026–2027, pursuant to DO No. 009, s. 2026 (Three-Term School Calendar).

​🛑 Protection for Teachers (Strict Implementation of DO 002, s. 2024)

​To ensure that teachers can focus entirely on preparing for class openings and finalizing instructional needs, Item No. 5 of the memorandum strictly reiterates:
​"To ensure full participation of teachers in the conduct of the OBE, they shall not be assigned administrative tasks in accordance with DO 002, s. 2024 entitled Immediate Removal of Administrative Tasks of Public School Teachers."

​👥 School-Level OBE-PACC Composition
​Per the guidelines, the School Public Assistance Command Center will be handled by:
​Chair: School Head or Assistant Principal
​Members: School non-teaching personnel

This meaningful creation highlights how recycled materials can be transformed into something beautiful while promoting environmental awareness and responsible waste management.
