Some leaders lead through authority, but there are leaders who lead through heart, service, and genuine care—and Ma’am Liny is one of them. 💐

A school head with a heart that is 100% dedicated to serving the school and its people. Ma’am Liny has always been the kind of leader who makes everyone feel supported, valued, and assured that they are never alone. She recognizes the efforts of every teacher and personnel, encourages everyone to support one another, and makes sure that every task is accomplished with unity, purpose, and joy. 🌷

She always wants to be there whenever she can—to listen, to help, and to stand with her people. More than leading the school, she makes sure that the MNHS family remains strong, connected, and intact. 💙

And perhaps that is why so many students, teachers, and personnel have grown to love and appreciate her leadership. She leads not only with wisdom, but with genuine care and a heart for service.
