Announcing the resumption of Ad Astra pictures releasing for the Batch 2023 and 2024 and the previous batch on the following dates:

Nov. 6
Nov. 9
Nov. 13
Nov. 16
Nov. 20

Time: 9:00AM-12NN and 2:00PM to 5:00PM
Venue: Bldg. A 2nd Floor-SSC Office

As for the previous batch, please check your names on the list attached in this post before claiming.

Note: Pictures to be released are only those taken from and by the photography studio which includes Toga, OJT and Glam picture. Ad Astra does not cover graduation pictures.

ANNOUNCEMENT

We regret to inform everyone that the scheduled picture releasing on October 19 has been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Please stay tuned for further updates on the new release date, which we will announce soon.

Heads-up Batch 2023 and 2024. Your pictures are now ready for release on the following schedules.

October 2 and 5
October 9 and 12
October 16 and 19

For those with representative kindly have them bring an authorization letter, photocopy of your valid ID with 3 signature and a photocopy of your yearbook payment.

You may claim the pictures at SSC Office, 2nd Floor, Bldg. A, from 9AM to 12NN and 2PM to 5PM.

No releasing of pictures other than given schedule.

For those students who have not yet filled out their SOP and are asking what is SOP (Student Online Profile) please see previous posts.

We have already discussed the SOP last March 13-Orientation for Possible Candidates, yet some are still uninformed of this matter. Please be aware of this regard to keep you updated.
