📢 ATTENTION SUMMER STUDENTS (AY 2025–2026)

Students whose names appear on the list are advised to complete their enrollment process TODAY June 11, 2026.

Please be informed that failure to complete all enrollment requirements within the prescribed period shall result in the automatic removal of the student's record from the enrollment system. Consequently, the student shall not be considered officially enrolled for the Summer Term, Academic Year 2025–2026.

For assistance and verification of your enrollment status, please coordinate with the Registrar’s Office immediately.

| Please be informed that Monday, June 1, 2026, is declared a rest day for all DOrSU personnel across all campuses, in recognition of the successful celebration of the University’s 5th Founding Anniversary and in appreciation of the collective efforts of the working committees and the University community.

Accordingly, classes and office transactions shall be suspended on the said date. Regular University operations shall resume on Tuesday, June 2, 2026.

| In observance of Eid’l Adha (Feast of Sacrifice), May 27, 2026 (Wednesday) is declared a Regular Holiday. Accordingly, classes and office operations in all campuses of Davao Oriental State University are suspended.

While regular operations pause in observance of the holiday, the celebration of DOrSU’s 5th Founding Anniversary continues as the University officially kicks off its anniversary activities tomorrow with the Employees’ Sportsfest, featuring the much-anticipated pickleball and basketball tournaments.

Please be informed that the online appointment link and scheduling for credential requests at both the Main and Extension Campuses will be temporarily unavailable from May 25 to May 26, 2026.

This is due to the scheduled onboarding and data migration workshop for all personnel of the DOrSU Registrar’s Office.

All online requests will be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis once appointment scheduling resumes.
