As per Memorandum Order No. 87, s. 2026, the enrollment period for the 1st Semester, Academic Year 2026–2027 has been extended to accommodate students affected by technical glitches and intermittent issues in the University’s enrollment system.

Please complete your enrollment ON OR BEFORE AUGUST 20, 2026, in accordance with Memorandum Order No. 87, s. 2026.

Students who obtained a Stanine score of 3–9 but were declined to any of their three (3) preferred programs will be given the opportunity to apply for a program with remaining available slots through their Pre-Admission Portal.

The Pre-Admission Portal will exclusively accommodate applications and processing for Alternative Admission Pathway (AAP) Qualifiers.

Incoming students who have received their Notice of Acceptance (NOA) may now apply for an enrollment schedule through the Online Enrollment Application in their student portal.

‎In line with Memorandum Order No. 72, s. 2026, declaring Monday, June 29, 2026 as a Rest Day for concerned personnel of the Davao Oriental State University Main Campus in recognition of the successful conduct of the 6th Commencement Exercises, the Office of the University Registrar will be closed on the said date.

Please be informed that failure to complete all enrollment requirements within the prescribed period shall result in the automatic removal of the student's record from the enrollment system. Consequently, the student shall not be considered officially enrolled for the Summer Term, Academic Year 2025–2026.
