We are happy to welcome Ms. April Joy Marcera Tinaan to the Tagawisan Elementary School family as our new School Counselor Associate. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from San Pedro College and is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in Psychology at the same institution.
