|The DOrSU University Peer Facilitators (UPF) proudly celebrates a meaningful recognition received during the Seal of Good Youth Governance (SGYG) Gabi ng Parangal held on September 26, 2026, at the Sambuokan Hall, City Hall Compound, City of Mati, Davao Oriental.
With grateful hearts, we received the Plaque of the Seal of Good Youth Governance in recognition and sincere appreciation of our organizationโs sustained membership, institutional stability, and continued active participation in the City of Mati Youth Development Council from Calendar Year 2022 through 2026.
Having retained our membership across successive LYDC terms, this recognition reflects the organizationโs longevity, commitment, and active involvement in youth governance, as we continue to contribute to meaningful youth participation, empowerment, and inclusive youth development in the City of Mati.
This milestone reminds us that service is not measured only by the years we have been present, but by the consistency with which we choose to serve, participate, and create spaces where young people are heard and empowered. The plaque was received on behalf of the organization by our UPF Vice President,Rieanne Angela Tugotan, whose presence represented the collective efforts and commitment of every UPF member.
To the City of Mati Youth Development Council and the Seal of Good Youth Governance, thank you for recognizing our continued journey in youth service. May this recognition inspire us to remain peers who care, serve with purpose, and continue making a difference.
