The 24th Graduation and 15th Moving-Up Ceremonies of Owabangon Elementary School was truly a memorable and joyous occasion—one that showcased the perseverance, hard work, and dedication of our pupils, as well as the unwavering support of teachers and parents.

We extend our sincerest appreciation to our EPS Education Program Supervisor in Kindergarten and SNED, Sir Luis G. Culaba, for taking the time to attend and grace this special event.
