* Must be at least 18 years old
* at least a high school graduate
*Clear copy of PSA/NSO Birth Certificate (if single)
*Clear copy of Marriage Certificate (if married)
*Clear copy of high school or college Diploma/TOR
*2 pcs passport size ID pictures
*2 pcs 1x1 size ID pictures
(Must be studio Taken-wear polo shirt & white background)
*Medical Certificate (must be physically & mentally fit certified by Public Health Officer)

This diploma program equips students with practical, industry-ready skills while preparing them to become teachers, trainers, entrepreneurs, or skilled professional under the Program of Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA). Upon completion of the diploma, graduates may seamlessly continue toward the Bachelor of Technology and Livelihood Education (BTLED) through our partnership with Davao Oriental State University (DOrSU).
