* Unemployed
* Must be at least 18 years old
* at least a high school graduate
*Clear copy of PSA/NSO Birth Certificate (if single)
*Clear copy of Marriage Certificate (if married)
*Clear copy of high school or college Diploma/TOR
*2 pcs passport size ID pictures
*2 pcs 1x1 size ID pictures
(Must be studio Taken-wear polo shirt & white background)
* must be physically & mentally fit certified by Public Health Officer
