This achievement reflects the school's commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, organized, and learner-friendly canteen that promotes proper nutrition and food safety for all learners.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Division Monitoring Team for their guidance and valuable recommendations, as well as to our school personnel, canteen staff, parents, and stakeholders for their unwavering support and cooperation.

OPLAN BALIK ESKWELA 2026 MONITORING SUCCESSFULLY CONDUCTED!

Sinawilan Elementary School proudly welcomed the monitoring visit of Education Program Supervisor in Science, Sir Jay-Ar Ronda, as part of the Oplan Balik Eskwela 2026 implementation.

Despite the unexpected force majeure event that occurred on the first day of classes, our school remained resilient, organized, and committed to ensuring the safety and continuous learning of our learners. Through the collective efforts of our teachers, parents, stakeholders, and community partners, we were able to respond effectively and keep school operations on track.

The monitoring affirmed that Sinawilan Elementary School is school-year ready, with learning resources, safety measures, and support systems in place to provide a safe, orderly, and learner-centered environment.

We extend our sincere gratitude to Sir Jay-Ar Ronda for his guidance, encouragement, and valuable insights. Together, we continue to move forward with one goal: delivering quality education regardless of challenges.

As per data gathered by the RDNA Team only New Katipunan NHS Yolanda Type 2 ST 4 CL 2018 is restricted. The rest of the school buildings in Matanao are in good condition and can still be used.

Our only advise is for the School Heads to clear debris within the week.

Tungod kay Independence Day sa June 12 friday, mas gipakamaayo sa atong LGU nga magresume ang klasi Lunes June 15, 2026. Alang sa mga Teachers and Heads wala poy suspension sa work aron matutukan ang preparation sa klasi sa Lunes.

Order for suspension of classes only until Thursday will be issued tomorrow. Teachers are advise to report for duty.

Classes will resume on June 15, 2026.

What was supposed to be a day filled with excitement, new notebooks, and fresh beginnings suddenly became a test of courage as a strong earthquake struck this morning. Despite the fear and uncertainty, our learners, teachers, parents, and school personnel showed calmness, discipline, and resilience.

Today reminded us that education is not only about lessons inside the classroom. It is also about learning how to stay strong in the face of challenges.

We thank the Almighty for His protection and guidance. Our prayers go out to all those affected by the earthquake in General Santos City and nearby areas. May everyone remain safe as we continue to monitor aftershocks and follow safety protocols.

Classes may begin with books and pencils, but today, they also began with bravery. 💚🙏
