Research on media exposure suggests that repeated exposure to violent content may contribute to increased aggressive thoughts, reduced sensitivity to violence, and the normalization of aggressive responses, particularly when combined with other vulnerabilities such as isolation, lack of guidance, or exposure to real-life violence. Young people need to experience these values through relationships, not simply memorize them as concepts.

Todayโs generation lives in an unprecedented era of access. Through technology, young people encounter global ideas, cultures, information, and communities. This creates tremendous opportunities for learning and innovation, but also exposes them to misinformation, harmful influences, and destructive online spaces.
