Happy Birthday in Heaven, Agustin M. Valdevieso, Sr. 🎂🕊️

Today, we remember with gratitude and honor the late Agustin M. Valdevieso, Sr., whose name continues to live on through the Agustin M. Valdevieso, Sr. High School in Marva, Taguranao, Matalam, Cotabato.

The school’s name is a lasting tribute to his legacy and contribution to the community. Historical records show that the school was formerly associated with Matalam National High School-Linao – Marva Annex, before becoming Agustin M. Valdevieso, Sr. High School.

Agustin M. Valdevieso, Sr. also served as Mayor of Matalam from 1979–1986 and again from 1988–1994, leaving an important mark on the municipality’s history.

May his memory continue to inspire generations of learners, teachers, and the entire AMVSHS community to serve with dedication, courage, and love for the community.
