HEAD COUNT OF LEARNERS AND INVENTORY OF PROPERTY, PLANT, AND EQUIPMENT (PPE) for the SY.: 2026-2027

Alhamdulillah on August 4, 2026, the Pangandaman Provincial Science High School hosted the Official Division Monitoring Activity focused on the Head Count of Learners and Inventory of Property, Plant, and Equipment (PPE). Spearheaded by the Ministry of Basic, Higher and Technical Education (MBHTE) โ Division of Lanao del Sur 1.
The endeavor was carried out under the executive leadership of OIC-Schools Division Superintendent Jamira P. Sarip, MAEd, and OIC-Assistant Schools Division Superintendent Sainodin T. Abantas, JD, with dedicated local implementation led by School Principal Hadja Noraisa Pangandaman Ma-amor, LPT, MAEA.
The monitoring and inventory team was headed by EPS Mombao B. Abdul, PhD, together with team members Hadja Rauda Pinamili Macalawi, Isnaira Cadali, Norhaifa Mamainte, Almayrah Natangcop, Norhaifa Amer, and Rocma Ambor. Proceedings began with a brief orientation between the monitoring team and school personnel to establish procedural guidelines. Following the briefing, the team conducted room-to-room physical validations to confirm learner attendance against official enrollment records, upholding the belief that every learner counts.
Concurrently, an audit of school facilities, physical structures, and equipment was conducted across campus to ensure that all public property is properly recorded and accounted for.
The monitoring activity concluded with an exit conference where the division team expressed appreciation for the schoolโs systematic record-keeping, transparency, and full cooperation throughout the audit process. The verified headcount and inventory data will serve as an accurate foundation for future administrative planning, resource allocation, and institutional support. Through this initiative, Pangandaman Provincial Science High School reaffirmed its dedication to quality education, public accountability, and stewardship.
