Sultan Alimoddin Memorial National High School successfully hosted an Offline Learning Management System (LMS) Training on October 3, 2026 at Chill N' Dine Restaurant, Marawi City.

The training provided our teachers with valuable digital skills and hands-on knowledge on how to effectively utilize an offline LMS to enhance teaching and create better learning experiences for our students.

Our sincere gratitude goes to our resource speaker, Sir Mohaimen Potawan, Lanao del Sur I Division ITO, for sharing his expertise and initiating this meaningful and timely training.

We also extend our heartfelt appreciation to our School Principal, Ma’am Aziziyah M. Mangandog and Assistant School Principal, Sir Cadafi M. Casan, for their unwavering support in promoting continuous learning and professional growth among our teachers.

COMPLETION OF THE 6-DAY PEACE EDUCATION LEADERSHIP FORMATION COURSE FOR EDUCATORS

We are pleased to share that representatives from Sultan Alimoddin MNHS, Lanao del Sur 1 have successfully completed the Peace Education Leadership Formation Course for Educators organized by the Teach Peace Build Peace Movement on September 22-27, 2026 at Lanang Davao City

The 6-day training provided an opportunity to engage in workshops, discussions, and collaborative activities focused on peace education. We acquired practical toolkits and strategies on inner peace, conflict resolution, peaceful communication, and peaceable classroom management that can be applied in our school setting.

We also had the privilege of working alongside educators from various divisions. This interaction fostered meaningful exchanges of ideas and strengthened our shared commitment to peace education. We valued the learning experience and look forward to future opportunities to collaborate.

Moving forward, we are committed to integrate Peace Education into our teaching practices and classroom programs upon our return to our station. We aim to utilize the knowledge and skills gained to promote a culture of peace, respect, and understanding among our learners.

We extend our sincere appreciation to TPBPM, the facilitators, GCERF, GYAO, AMYL, and the LMWOI for this capacity-building initiative. We also acknowledge the support of our School Administration and Division of Lanao Del Sur-1 Official .

As educators, we embrace our role in advancing peace education. While the training has concluded, our commitment to "Teach Peace, Build Peace, and Live Peace" remains steadfast.

𝓢𝓐𝓜𝓝𝓗𝓢 Nutrition Month Celebration 2026 🥬🥦

With the inspiring theme, “Nutrisyon at Kalikasan, Ating Pangalagaan", 𝑺𝒖𝒍𝒕𝒂𝒏 𝑨𝒍𝒊𝒎𝒐𝒅𝒅𝒊𝒏 𝑴𝒆𝒎𝒐𝒓𝒊𝒂𝒍 𝑵𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝑯𝒊𝒈𝒉 𝑺𝒄𝒉𝒐𝒐𝒍 proudly brought the spirit of wellness and unity through a meaningful celebration of Nutrition Month 2026, highlighting the importance of proper nutrition, healthy lifestyles, and environmental stewardship.

Three dynamic groups were formed, representing the essential categories of food:

🍖GROW Foods– Grades 7 and 8
🍩GO Foods– Grades 9 and 10
🍏GLOW Foods– Grades 11 and 12

The highlights of the event were the colorful and creative food displays and nutrition-themed activities. But beyond the festivities, the event served as an important reminder that good nutrition is essential to a healthy body, an active mind, and a productive life.

The success of this celebration was made possible through the steadfast leadership of our School Principal, Ma’am Aziziyah M. Mangandog, and the support of the Assistant School Principal, Sir Abdul Jalil Casan.

Our heartfelt gratitude and appreciation also go to our dedicated teachers, students, and everyone who actively participated and contributed to making this celebration a success.

Alhamdulillah, by the grace of Allah SWT, we have successfully conducted our "1st Learning Action Cell (LAC) Session" and "School Meeting" for School Year 2026-2027.

'MORNING SESSION | 8:30 AM – 12:00 NOON'
Our teachers engaged in a meaningful *LAC Session* focused on *DepEd Order No. 015, s. 2026 - The Grading System under the Three-Term School Calendar*.
This session aimed to equip our teachers with a deeper understanding of the new grading guidelines, ensure proper implementation, and maintain academic consistency across all learning areas. The discussions were enriching, and the exchange of insights among colleagues reflected our shared commitment to professional growth and excellence in instruction.

This was followed by our *School Meeting* where key school programs and upcoming activities were discussed, including:

THE ARMED FORCES OF THE PHILIPPINES CONDUCTS PCVE SEMINAR AT SULTAN ALIMODDIN MEMORIAL NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL*

The Sultan Alimoddin Memorial National High School welcomed the Armed Forces of the Philippines today for a Seminar on Preventing and Countering Violent Extremism (PCVE) exclusively for our *Senior High School learners*.

The seminar aimed to deepen the understanding of our students on the pressing issues of violent extremism, radicalization, and misinformation in today’s digital age. Resource speakers from the AFP discussed the root causes of violent extremism, early warning signs, the impact of fake news and social media manipulation, and the crucial role of the youth in peacebuilding and nation-building.

More importantly, the session empowered our learners to become critical thinkers, responsible digital citizens, and active peace advocates in their schools, families, and communities. Through open dialogue and real-life scenarios, our students were reminded that peace is not just the responsibility of our uniformed personnel, but a shared duty of every Filipino — especially the youth who will lead our nation in the future.

As future professionals, entrepreneurs, and leaders, our students are now equipped with the knowledge and values to reject violence, promote tolerance, and uphold truth and unity.

We express our sincere appreciation to the Armed Forces of the Philippines 5th Infantry DUTY BOUND Battalion for sharing their expertise, and to our School Administration, faculty, and SHS learners for their active participation.

June 9, 2026 | Provision of internet access via Low Earth Orbit Satellites for remote public schools

Alhamdulillah! We are grateful to be a beneficiary of the 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐖𝐢-𝐅𝐢 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐥𝐥 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐤.

This initiative is a great support to our learners, teachers, and the entire school community, providing reliable internet access for educational purposes.

As a partner school, we ensure the regulation and monitoring of the free use of this Wi-Fi service. During testing, non-educational applications and websites were restricted to ensure its proper use for learning.
