Division Monitoring on Learner Head Count and School Property Inventory Conducted at Alip Lalabuan Elementary School

Demonstrating its commitment to transparency, accountability, and quality educational governance, Alip Lalabuan Elementary School actively participated in the Division Monitoring on Learner Head Count and Inventory of School Property, Plant, and Equipment (PPE) on August 2, 2026. Headed by Principal Monalawan Magongcar, the school warmly welcomed the Division Monitoring Team and fully supported the conduct of the activity, which aimed to validate learner enrollment records and ensure the proper documentation and management of school property, plant, and equipment in accordance with Department of Education policies.

The Division Monitoring Team was led by Dr. Mombao B. Abdul, Education Program Supervisor (EPS), with the assistance of Pinamili Macalawi, Isnaira Cadali, Norhaifa Mamainte, Almayrah Natangcop, Norhaifa Amer, and Rocma Ambor. The activity brought together the school's teaching force, including both permanent teachers and volunteer teachers, for a collaborative professional learning session aimed at enhancing their understanding of the Department of Education's revised policies on classroom assessment and learner evaluation.

Masiu, Lanao del Sur — The 25th Centralized Graduation Ceremony and 7th Moving-Up Ceremony of Masiu B District was successfully held on March 28, 2026, at Ditanggongun Function Hall, Masiu, Lanao del Sur, carrying the meaningful theme: “Henerasyon ng Pagkakaisa: Haligi ng Moral na Pamamahala Tungo sa Masagana at Mapayapang Bangsamoro” (Generation of Unity: Pillar of Moral Governance Toward a Prosperous and Peaceful Bangsamoro).

The event served as a significant milestone in celebrating the academic achievements of the graduates and completers from the different schools in Masiu B District. Alip Lalabuan, Masiu, Lanao del Sur — December 2025

Alip Lalabuan Elementary School, under the leadership of School Principal Monalawan Magongcar, actively joined the nationwide 18-Day Campaign to End Violence Against Women (VAW) with a series of meaningful activities aimed at strengthening awareness, promoting respect, and empowering women and girls within the school and the wider community.

School GAD Coordinator Jehaylin Rangiris, who recently attended an orientation focused on the 18-Day Campaign, the orientation forms part of the school’s Gender and Development (GAD) Plan, reinforcing the institution’s commitment to mainstreaming gender sensitivity into its programs and activities. During the orientation, the GAD Coordinator gained deeper insights into the national purpose of the campaign, its importance in preventing violence, and the need for consistent school-level compliance. These learnings were shared with the faculty to ensure that all activities were well aligned with official guidelines and carried out with clear intention and impact.

In the school, the observance formally opened with shared talks from selected teachers, who discussed the purpose and importance of the campaign. They emphasized how the movement seeks not only to protect women from all forms of abuse but also to cultivate a culture of empathy, dignity, and safety—values that the school continuously upholds.
