1. Prepare your requirements. All enclosed in a LONG BROWN ENVELOPE.

2. Requirements Intake & Validation. Click the link for the requirements: https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1BSJ1aE3nt/

3. Registrar Endorsement for Enrollment. Proceed to Office of the ARMIS window for requirements submission and processing.

4. ID Photo Capturing. You will be instructed to proceed to CDM Library Resource Center, 3rd Floor.

๐Ÿ“ Wear proper attire. We are encouraging all enrollees to wear a colored collared shirt.

5. 1x1 Photo Submission. To be submitted to our CDM Librarian.

6. Certificate of Registration (COR) Releasing. Go back to Office of the ARMIS window to get your COR.

๐Ÿ“ Please take note that a VALID COR is signed and stamped by our Registrar.
