Patuloy nating itaguyod ang isang masaya, ligtas, at mapagkalingang kapaligiran kung saan ang bawat bata ay malayang makakapaglaro, makakapag-aral, at makakamit ang kanilang mga pangarap.

Today we’re coming together for World Mental Health Day, a reminder that mental health is just as important as physical health.

This year’s theme is “Mental Health is a Universal Human Right” — because everyone, everywhere, deserves the right to support, care, and understanding without stigma.

Mental health challenges touch all of us, whether directly or through someone we care about. That’s why today is about starting conversations, breaking the silence, and standing together.

✔️ Check in with yourself — how are you really doing?
✔️ Reach out to a friend, family member, or colleague.
✔️ Share resources and raise awareness.
✔️ Remember: asking for help is a strength, not a weakness.
