The College of Teacher Education recognizes the value of peer-to-peer learning in building a collaborative environment and enhancing our collective academic success. To support this mission, we are officially launching the "๐ฏ๐๐๐ ๐ถ๐๐, ๐น๐๐๐๐ ๐ถ๐๐" Peer Tutoring Program to connect students with high-achieving mentors.
This initiative is already fully signed and approved by the TECSO Advisers and the dedicated CTE Dean/Director for immediate implementation. We are hoping for your full participation in this program, as your engagement is vital to our shared growth and professional development as future educators.

"๐๐๐๐ ๐ก๐๐ ๐ ๐ฉ๐๐ ๐ฝ๐๐๐๐ฎ๐ก๐๐ฃ๐จ, ๐๐๐ก๐๐ฅ๐๐ฃ๐๐จ"
For centuries, the voices of women were often relegated to the shadows, their strength measured only by their silence and their worth defined by the boundaries of the home. There was a time when the dreams of a girl were limited by the expectations of others, and the path to leadership was a gate locked against her. In those days, women fought quiet battles for the right to be heard, to be educated, and to be treated with the dignity they naturally possessed. They bore the weight of a society that did not yet realize that a nation can only truly soar when its women are free to fly alongside it.

โBut within that history of struggle, a powerful spirit remained unbrokenโthe spirit of the ๐๐๐๐๐ฒ๐ฅ๐๐ง. Deep within the heart of every Filipina is a legacy of wisdom, empathy, and mediation that dates back to our ancestors who led with both soul and mind. Today, as you walk the halls of our school, you are the modern embodiment of that ancient strength. You are no longer just "women"; you are the leaders, the thinkers, and the changemakers our community needs. Whether you are leading a classroom project, standing up for a friend, or pursuing a difficult goal, you are proving that gender equality is not just a dreamโit is a shared responsibility that starts with your courage.

โSo, to the students and women of this institution: step into your light with the confidence of those who came before you. This 2026 International Womenโs Month is a reminder that we are all in this boat together, sailing toward a more inclusive society where everyoneโs contribution is valued. Your empathy is your superpower, and your voice is the compass that will guide us forward. Do not be afraid to take up space, to speak your truth, and to lead with compassion. The future is not something that happens to you; it is something you create.

Listen up, you are warriors of the lecture halls and survivors of the midnight oil, remember that the exhaustion you carry is the foundation of your future authority. You have endured the ๐ก๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ข๐ก๐๐, ๐๐๐ขโ๐๐ค, ๐๐๐๐ข๐๐, ๐ข๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ฆโ the relentless hunger, the thirst for success, the deep sorrow of failure, and the bone-deep weariness that defines the life of an EDUC student. Whether you were the student juggling a full-time job only to open your notes when the world went to sleep, the student-parent balancing a child's future with your own, or the warrior overcoming physical disability or financial barriers, your struggle was never just a "moment"โ it was your training ground. Every sleepless nights and every tear shed over a complex lesson plans was a silent preparation for the battlefield you are about to enter. The "Laban" of your student life has forged you to meet the "Maestro" of your destiny.
โYou are now transitioning from the safety of "imaginary students" and shadow demonstrations into the vibrant, unpredictable reality of a living classroom. Those theories, philosophies, and strategies that once felt like heavy burdens in a textbook are now the very tools you will use to shape human souls. You will walk into a space where your presence is the answer to a childโs question and your patience is the bridge to their understanding. The "real battlefield" does not ask for perfection; it asks for the same grit that got you through your hardest semester. It demands a heart that remembers what it felt like to be a student who was struggling to find their way.
โAs you step into this new chapter, let the memory of your sacrifices fuel your passion; you are no longer just studying the lightโ you will become the light for every student who will walk through your door. Do not fear the noise of the classroom or the weight of the responsibility, for you have been forged in the fire of perseverance. You are the holder of dreams, the builder of futures, and the guardian of hope. The day is fast approaching, you are finally, truly, a
We are so incredibly proud of the You are now just a step and a mile away from the dream you once thought was impossible. Ginhawa ug lalom, straighten your uniform, and prepare to walk in with your head held high. Your sacrifice has officially paid its dues. Good luck with your Internshipโ go out there and show them what a true educator looks like.
