​The Teacher Education Council of Student Officers would like to formally notify you that our TECSO President, John Rico Gilbaliga, will commence signing clearances from 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝟑𝟎 𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐥 𝟑𝟏, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 (𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲). As per advice, only his signature will be valid in the accounting office. Kindly ensure to bring the designated 𝐀𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬, as they serve as essential requirements for your clearances.

​𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐞:

• ​If you fail to present your attendance card, you must abide by the 𝒌𝒂𝒔𝒖𝒏𝒅𝒖𝒂𝒏 (agreement). You will be required to pay for the attendance card and the entire set of events. (𝐏𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐞: You do not have to pay for individual events if you can provide proof of your presence, you will only pay the attendance card).

• ​Students who did not participate in the 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧-𝐔𝐩 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞 will also face a penalty.

The College of Teacher Education recognizes the value of peer-to-peer learning in building a collaborative environment and enhancing our collective academic success. To support this mission, we are officially launching the "𝑯𝒆𝒍𝒑 𝑶𝒖𝒕, 𝑹𝒆𝒂𝒄𝒉 𝑶𝒖𝒕" Peer Tutoring Program to connect students with high-achieving mentors.

This initiative is already fully signed and approved by the TECSO Advisers and the dedicated CTE Dean/Director for immediate implementation. We are hoping for your full participation in this program, as your engagement is vital to our shared growth and professional development as future educators.

Feb. 14, 2026 || “Future educators shaping the future, one clean-up drive at a time!”

The Teacher Education Council of Student Officers, together with the First Year College students, officially held their clean-up drive at Brgy. Katipunan, Placer, Masbate.

As an organization dedicated not only to academic excellence but also to community well-being, the group spent the day creating a meaningful impact through this initiative.

Thank you to everyone who participated and showed that the youth can lead in protecting our environment.

Hello, CTE! Buckle up and get ready as we will bring ourselves to a moment where we will gather for our upcoming ECHO SEMINAR on Friday— January 23, 2026.

In light of this gathering, the former 4th Year TECSO Officers now Board of Regents will lead us to a new experience and knowledge as they will impart on us the ideas that they learned during the ‘2025 Regional Pre-Service Teacher Education Congress’ in Albay Astrodome, Legazpi City.

Attendance will be checked, so please be with us on 2:30 of the afternoon as we will start the session on 3 o'clock.

Everyone's presence and cooperation are highly expected as we will share together along with the accomplishment of this event.

Attendance Policy

● Students belonging to the department/program scheduled on a given night are required to be on campus, and their attendance is mandatory.

● Students from other programs are not required to attend on nights not assigned to them.

● However, students from other programs are welcome to come to school during any of the evening activities.

Dress Code and Outfit Guidelines

● The dress code is open for all, provided that attire remains decent, respectful, and school-appropriate.

● Students are allowed to wear slippers, sandals, or similar comfortable footwear.

● Revealing, offensive, or inappropriate clothing is strictly prohibited.

● Wearing of School ID is required at all times while on campus.

Important Reminders

● Please follow your assigned schedule to avoid confusion.

● Maintain proper decorum and observe all school rules and safety protocols during the activities.

● Cooperation and discipline are expected to ensure the success of the event.

Each myriad of lights ablazes as we witness the DRAG RACE COMPETITION!🌈✨ The beacon of performances that we may feel as each performers from the circus troupe ignites the fire that we have within.

Ladies and gentlemen, as we welcome ourselves for the event, keep up with the corresponding bullets of things that we should not be forgotten:
