In strict compliance with the Department of Education (DepEd) policy, Tugbo Elementary School firmly reiterates its No Collection Policy. We are dedicated to providing a truly accessible education for every child.

📌 Education is FREE in all public schools.
📌 No fees, contributions, or collections shall be required during enrollment or throughout the entire school year.
📌 No mandatory payments for school activities, projects, or classroom needs.
