Lourdes Canete Bartolobac, the former Principal of Osmeña Colleges High School Department, is celebrated for her transformative leadership and the indelible mark she left on the institution. During her tenure, Osmeña Colleges achieved exceptional recognition, including becoming a Hall of Fame awardee for the Free Interpretation Category at the prestigious Lapay Bantigue competition, a testament to her strategic vision and the school’s commitment to academic and artistic excellence.

Known for her ethical leadership, unbending will, and infectious optimism, Lourdes played a pivotal role in establishing Osmeña Colleges as a well-respected institution. Her leadership fostered an environment of integrity and excellence, contributing to the school's growing recognition beyond Masbate and the Bicol region. Lourdes also served as the Program Head of the Bachelor of Secondary Education (BSED) program, where her dedication to education and her ability to inspire both students and faculty made a significant impact.

A multi-awarded educator, Lourdes’s influence extended beyond the school’s gates, earning her recognition in both the local and regional education community. Her legacy of dedication, ethical values, and unwavering commitment to student success continues to inspire the Osmeña Colleges community, ensuring her contributions remain an integral part of the institution's history
