A simple but meaningful time of learning and reflection for the faculty and staff of Enrique Legaspi Sr. Elementary School during our Capacity Building on Understanding SOGIESC and the Magna Carta for Women held at Naomes Beach Resort, Baleno, Masbate.
This activity aims to deepen the awareness of school staff about gender sensitivity, respect for diversity, and the protection of women’s rights. It highlights the importance of the Magna Carta for Women and the concept of SOGIESC in promoting equality, respect, and non-discrimination in the school community. Through this activity, educators strengthen their knowledge and commitment to creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all learners
Thank you to everyone who shared their time, ideas, and participation in making this activity worthwhile especially to our former Principal Ma'am Mary Joy M. Romero the proponent of this Activity.
Moments like these remind us that learning does not only happen inside the classroom, but also through conversations, understanding, and shared experiences as a community. We are very grateful for the opportunity to grow together. 🌿
