It has come to the attention of the administration that a social media post and/or promotional material circulating online has used the name, logo, and premises of Canomoy Elementary School in connection with the promotion of a derby-related activity/event.
The school would like to clarify that Canomoy Elementary school did not authorize, endorse, sponsor, or participate in any such promotional activity. The unauthorized use of the school’s name, official logo, images, and facilities for commercial or promotional purposes is strictly prohibited and does not reflect the values, policies, or position of the institution.
We strongly remind the public that any representation suggesting the school’s involvement without prior written approval from the administration is misleading. Appropriate steps are being taken to address this matter and to protect the integrity and reputation of the school.
We encourage everyone to exercise caution in sharing or engaging with unauthorized promotional materials bearing the school’s identity.
