The Supreme Student Council would like to bring to your attention an important matter regarding the noise level in the hallway, particularly when you are sitting on the benches. The noise created by students in this area has been causing disruptions to the classes taking place in nearby classrooms.
We kindly request your cooperation in maintaining a quiet and respectful atmosphere in and around the hallway. The faculty members have expressed their concerns about the need for orderliness and decorum while you are sitting or loitering by the benches.
In an effort to address this issue, we have implemented the following measures:
REQUEST TO LOWER NOISE: We kindly ask that you lower your voice and be mindful of your noise level while in the hallway, especially when classes are in session. This will ensure that all students have the opportunity to learn in a focused and undisturbed environment.
CONFSICATION OF IDs: Faculty members have been advised to confiscate the identification cards (IDs) of any student who is caught shouting or engaging in loud conversations outside the classroom or disturbing ongoing classes. This action is intended to maintain a conducive learning environment for all.
DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS: Names or IDs of students whose cards are confiscated will be recorded for potential disciplinary actions by the Student Affairs Office (SAS). We urge you to adhere to the guidelines to avoid any inconveniences in the future.
