D'PASS President Mr. Leo Ramos proudly attended the 3-day National Environmental Youth Leadership Summit (NEYLS) with the theme “BUSO: Diving into Marine Life Conservation – Empowering Youth for Ocean Stewardship”held on April 22–24, 2026 in Balud, Masbate. 🌊🌱 His participation reflects D'PASS’ commitment to empowering youth leaders in protecting marine life and promoting a sustainable future for our oceans.

Today, we honor the indomitable spirit and ultimate sacrifice of our national heroes this Araw ng Kagitingan. From the intellectual courage of Rizal to the grit of the Katipuneros, their bravery paved the way for our freedom. A glad and bright day indeed! Our BPA Day 2026 was successfully conducted through the efforts of the Debesmscat Public Administration Student Society (DPASS). It was a day full of fun, learning, and memorable moments for all BPA students.

From the opening program, inspiring messages, exciting raffle draws, Quiz Bee, and intermission numbers, you could really feel the energy, unity, and participation of everyone. It was not just a simple event, but a celebration of being BPA students with passion, values, and camaraderie.

We would like to thank our DPASS adviser, Ma’am 𝗙𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗝𝗼𝘆 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗴, for guiding and assisting us throughout the event. Also, to our Department Head, Ma’am 𝗝𝗲𝗿𝗿𝘆𝗹 𝗥𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗼, thank you for your support and encouragement.

As part of the celebration, DPASS will conduct a Raffle Promo to encourage participation while supporting future organizational programs and student-centered activities.
