OC Research Breakthrough at AGRASS 2026: Another Two Papers Spotlighted on the Asia‑Pacific Stage

Tagaytay City, Philippines — Osmeña Colleges once again proved its growing global academic presence as another two research papers were presented at the Asian Graduate Studies Summit (AGRASS) 2026, held at Alta D’ Tagaytay Hotel. This milestone reinforces OC’s consistent participation in international research platforms, showcasing the institution’s commitment to advancing scholarly excellence beyond borders.

Representing the college were Dangi Mercadejas and Robert Don Gonzaga, whose studies captured attention for their relevance to sustainability and community development. Their presentations reflected OC’s dedication to producing research that not only meets academic standards but also contributes meaningfully to social transformation and environmental responsibility.

The AGRASS 2026 summit, organized by the Asia‑Pacific Consortium of Researchers and Educators (APCORE), gathered scholars from across ASEAN and the wider Asia‑Pacific region. With the theme “From Research to Responsibility: Graduate Education, Innovation, and Collective Action for Sustainable and Resilient Societies,” the event served as a platform for collaboration and knowledge exchange among leading institutions.
