Upang maiwasan natin ito, dalasan ang pag inom ng tubig at kung maaari, iwasan ang matagal na pagbibilad sa araw. Maliban dito, makatutulong kung magsusuot ng presko at light-colored na damit.

Students at Southern Masbate Roosevelt College are now permitted to enter the building without their school uniform (polo) due to the excessive heat index. Thus, the following recommendations for substitute clothing are listed below:

• A plain white t-shirt

•Wearing Sando is encouraged for female students, particularly if the t-shirt is thin.

• P.E. uniforms are also appropriate

• SMRC's SLACKS OR SKIRT SHOULD STILL BE THE BOTTOM OUTFIT.

•For everyone's protection, wear your ID at all times.

•Female students and LGBTQ+ community members are not permitted to wear crop tops.

Manifesting PASSING SCORES ulit tayo kaya i-Story na ito! 💗✨

Sa araw ng Abril 1, 2 at 3 na ang 3rd Quarter examination, kaya naman siguraduhin na maglaan ng oras para makapag-aral at makapaghanda sa pagsasagot.

Walang masama sa pag-Story ng mga ganito, paniniwala sa mga "iwas bagsak" post, at paglikha ng mga "manifesting" status pero nais namin ipaalala na PINAKAMAHALAGA PA RIN ANG PAGREREVIEW.
