Look | DEBESMSCAT sealed its participation in the SEA-Teacher Student Exchange Program Batch 9 organized by the SEAMEO Secretariat. The institution was represented by the SUC President Renee A. Lamela and the Head of International Affairs, Ms. Juna Velarde. The signing of agreements was held on March 21, 2023 at the Avani Hotel, Bangkok, Thailand.

A framework for cooperation was also signed with four (4) ASEAN universities: Universitas Kirsten Indonesia, Universitas Muria Kudus (Indonesia), D**g Thap University (Vietnam), and Valaya Alongkorn Rajabhat University (Thailand).

The agreements signed covered SEA-Teacher Student Exchange with these universities in AY2023-2024. This will be DEBESMSCAT's first ever participation in the program after the previous agreement in 2019 was postponed due to the pandemic.
