- Kinder completer in DepEd accredited schools or Kinder pupils of this SY 2022-2023 in DepEd accredited schools

*No PSA BC: Submit any of the ff._NSO BC/Local Live Birth/Barangay Certification/Late Registration

- Original at Photocopy ng PSA Birth certificate
*No PSA BC: Submit any of the ff._NSO BC/Local Live Birth/Barangay Certification/Late Registration Form

✏️ Sa Early Registration, kumuha lamang po ng Basic Education Enrollment Form (BEEF) sa ating paaralan
✏️Magdala ng sariling ballpen sa pagsagot sa form
