LIFE Institute Mariveles is looking for Guidance Counselor/Associate who is passionate about helping learners grow academically, emotionally, and socially.
๐ Qualifications:
โ Bachelorโs degree in Psychology, Guidance and Counseling, Education, Social Work, or a related field.
โ Masterโs degree in Guidance and Counseling, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
โ Licensed Guidance Counselor is preferred; non-licensed applicants may be considered for the Guidance Associate position.
โ Experience in guidance services, student support programs, counseling-related activities, or educational settings is an advantage.
โ Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
โ High level of emotional intelligence, empathy, and professionalism.
โ Excellent communication, observation, and documentation skills.
โ Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
โ Proficient in planning and implementing student development and support programs.
โ Ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, teachers, and school administrators.
